We were booked on the afternoon Eurostar back to London. We planned our final meal in France for who knows how long at a brasserie we had never eaten at but always wanted to. It’s right across from the Gare du Nord and the setting takes you right back to the 1920s.
If you ever have the opportunity to eat at the Terminus Nord, try and get seated in the back away from the front too busy and fast paced entrance, preferably in a booth with a waiters station in your view. The center of presentation and preparation of the dishes served revolves around the waiters stations with loads of copper ware to add to the show.
