We returned home from the Thanksgiving gathering yesterday.
The car was loaded with boxes of my treasures that I sent home with Julie & Guy in May.
But now with the holiday season upon us I find no time to unpack, log and organize my treasures for sale.
I will wait until after the New Year to unpack and prepare my items.
Oh how lucky for me that the first Sunday of the month of December was while we were in the Bay Area for the Thanksgiving family gathering!
Alameda Pointe has evolved to an excellent venue. Oh, how I could get my fix “doing the Alameda Pointe monthly faire” if I lived close by. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the area. The faire is held on the runway of the old Alameda Naval base.
one view shows the cranes of the busy Port of Oakland
the other view is of the San Francisco skyline.
(Note the lettering on the runway)
Some wonderful vendors stands.
This little planter looked exactly like the one Guy found
Huge outdoor advertising signs
Yes, that’s a coffin.
